Abstract
In the article the scheme of formation and realization of the strategy of scientific and technological development of mechanical engineering that includes several units: production, analytical, concept-based, unit of formation, realization, control and prognostication of development of a complex is viewed. It has necessary chain structure and flexibility that promotes increasing of effectiveness of mechanical engineering complex.
