Abstract
In the article the basic approaches to the economic theory of proposal are presented, the analysis of regulations of study is carried out, comparison with “classics” and “neoclassics” is carried out, advantages and disadvantages of the given theory in the light of classical directions of economic science are shown. The views of leading economists of the theory of proposal are viewed. The author carried out systematization of scientific knowledge of the given theory on the basis of methodological directions, explanations on researches of the basic concepts of theory are given.
