Abstract
In this article the problems of innovative renewal of economic potential of Russian industrial enterprises are considered to be solved owing to large-scale international transfer of technologies. The problems of ensuring international competitiveness of enterprises are exposed, its factors and trends, based on the model of catch-up development and implementation of strategies of copying and commercialization of innovations are viewed.
