Abstract
In the article «Formation of public private partnership in the industry of Russia» the statement that at the present stage the industrial complex requires modernization is substantiated. For the purpose of carrying out of modernization of industry the authors developed the program and in the article «Passport of the program of modernization of an industrial complex of Russia» is presented. Apart from that principles of organization of modernization process are defined.
