Abstract
Re-engineering of the process control system of company is suggested to be carried on the level of functional tasks of management. For the purpose standardization of parameters of functional tasks of management of the process control system is carried out. This is first of all necessary for the determination of the number and qualifications of specialists at the execution of different work in the light of management, in particular, standard time of solution of functional tasks of management.
