Abstract
In the article the method of degree of formation of regional innovation subsystem that allows to get an idea about degree of favorable environment for innovation, attention to the innovative development of the region from the direction of bodies of regional authorities is suggested. According to the results of this evaluation the potential innovators may decide to join an innovative business in the region, the authorities are informed about the problems that prevent innovators in entering into innovative business.
