Abstract
In the work modern condition of labour-market in the Russian Federation is presented, the influence of constituents of labourmarket on the general Russian economy according to different factors is also presented. The problems and perspectives of Russian labourmarket in interconnection with the world tendencies of development of economy are exposed.
