Abstract
In the article, the version of the method of averaging of local production function, variable costs and profit functions venture between two different industries is represented. Using this technique, a structural and phenomenological model of interaction between the components of the company and its macroscopic functioning in total has been developed. The equations have been derived which describe the process of enterprise modernization with substitution of old production by the new one. The macroscopic parameters of production function, the cost function and the function of the whole enterprise were calculated.
