Abstract

In the article the extraneous causes are systematized and main directions of organizational changes in evolution and historical aspect are identified. The results of the research of the author on the basis of consultancy (internal) are presented. In the conclusions the key abilities of modern enterprise that give him ability to changing and development are displayed. The task of necessity of investigating the essence of «formation» as the kernel of organizational changes is formulated.
