Abstract

Object of research of authors is the minimization of negative consequences of acceptance of risk decisions. The balanced strategy of responsibility of social activity should be fulfilled during a volume analytics and prognostics of risk, funded by competent examination, extrapolation, reckoning for admissible, probable, critical, catastrophic losses.
