RELEVANCE IN LAW OF THE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS AS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IN THE FORMATION OF THE UNIFORM INFORMATION SPACE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

 In the article the problems of legal support of electronic documents, including the definition of notions «electronic document», «relevance in law of the electronic document», «legal regime of the electronic document», necessary for the formation of Uniform Information Space in the Russian Federation; the problems of regulation of social relations in the sphere of rendering of state and municipal services in the electronic form and also the ensuring of electronic interaction of the organs of state power, legal power, organs that carry out preliminary investigation and also the notariat, organizations and citizens are investigated.
