Abstract
In the article the ways of improving the operational effect of integrated industrial structures in the Russian Federation are viewed. The close connection between the existing organizational forms of integration and operational effect of integrated industrial structures in Russia are emphasized. The main provisions of the programme for improving organizational forms of integration of industrial entreprises are given.
