Abstract
In the article theories of initiation of cluster structures are analyzed, cluster approach is defined, degree of relevance of this process is defined, besides the author identifies advantages and disadvantages of creating cluster structures, as well as the efficiency of development and application in practice of clustering model is analyzed.
