In the article the analysis of restaurant business in Russia and in the Samara Region is
carried out. The impact of crisis, diversification, transformation processes in this field is
shown. The problems of restaurant business are also associated with the collapse
of currency and the economic embargo against Russia.
The analysis showed that at this stage of economic development, there is demand to
low-cost segment of restaurant business and to a segment with a high quality of service.

The main factors influencing the processes of informatization of the subjects of
the region's economy are external factors of regional development and internal factors
of organizations and enterprises that act as informational customers.

Based on the characteristic of activity in the work, both positive and negative directions of the company's functioning are revealed, indicating the need to draw the company's attention to the growth and decline of certain indicators, determining the factors influencing the final result. On their basis, it is proposed to develop measures to improve the financial stability of the company.

The strategic goal of the state in the sphere of housing policy on the territory of the
Samara Region is the formation and development of an affordable housing market by the economy. Class with the introduction of energy and resource-saving technologies, the convenience of planning, the use of modern materials, the provision of comfortable living conditions for citizens, as well as the creation of an efficient housing sector in the region.

Currently, the situation on the market of services provided by the restaurant business is
unconventional, not complying with the market laws and, to the full extent yet unthought in economic science phenomenon. The number of sources is only possible analysis of marketing methods in the market research services offered by the restaurant business, and the financial and business activities of the restaurant business are examined.

In the sphere of industry, in connection with the development of import-substituting industries, at the first planning horizon it is expected to reduce the dependence of enterprises of the Samara Region on imported equipment, components, and materials. On the second planning horizon, the development of inter-industry industrial cooperation in the region will help to strengthen, significantly raise and realize innovative and technological potential of manufacturing industries.

The article reveals that at present information has become the main innovation resource of functioning. The greatest socio-economic development has been achieved by those countries that actively use modern ICT tools, as well as their software and network applications.

Internal control in an organization is a purposeful management activity, the task of
which is expressed in the quantitative and qualitative assessment and accounting of the
work of the entire organization. The main tools for implementing this function are analysis,
observation, verification of all aspects of activities, accounting, monitoring.
