Abstract
The objective of the investment appeal of industrial enterprises under the control of
formation of development strategies is an urgent task, which requires the development and
implementation of appropriate scientific and methodological and market-based approaches
that define the modern criteria for making management decisions, which are aimed both at
ensuring the sustainable functioning of these enterprises.
