Abstract
The article discusses the main problems of staffing of coal enterprises, taking into account the parameters of target training of coal industry enterprises; the formation of standard solutions to improve the system of personnel reserve of the coal industry for the long term, taking into account the involvement of young professionals in coal mining enterprises. The authors proposed the possibility of educational institutions for training personnel for the coal industry.
