Abstract
In the present paper we proposed a model of formation of benefits and costs of a production enterprise, formed by two different industries. A variant of structural-phenomenological approach to the description of interaction of components of the company and its macroscopic functioning as a whole. Equations describing the dynamics of the process of modernization of the company by replacing the old manufacturing new production are received. We calculate the macroscopic parameters of production function, cost function and function of the whole enterprise.
