Abstract
In the article modern models of development of conglomerates: motokinetic, polycentric, dissipated (uniform), radial (line) are presented, their essence, advantages and disadvantages are described. The conclusion about the necessity of development of territories on the basis of polycentric model of conglomerate is substantiated.
