Abstract

Market of derivative financial instruments is the largest sector of financial system of state. With their help participants have the opportunity to regulate risks common to stock market. This is especially of vital importance for the Russian economics, where need in analysis and estimate of risks is stronger than in any other country, notwithstanding the fact that Russia according to the number of instruments and traded value lags behind leading stock markets of Western states. The fact is the reflection of the fact that Russian market of derivative financial instruments has a substantial potential of growth.
