Abstract
The article deals with the problems of sustainable development of corporations of engineering companies on the example of «AVTOVAZ». External and internal factors affecting the financial stability of the corporation are singled out. A SWOT-analysis of an activity of OAO «AVTOVAZ» is carried out, conclusions about the prospects of the corporation are made.
