Abstract

An analytical overview of assessments used in numerous studies of significant phenomena of personality is contained in the article; the value in the organization of economic development of relevant aspects of human activity is investigated. The author’s point of view is substantiated and ability to promote the concept and use of a new approach to the assessment of human personality, systematization of emerging in the new conditions of factors of update of his personality factors is proved.
