TRANSACTION EXPENSES, PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIPS

Abstract

In the article applied directionality of transaction expenses, proprietary rights and contractual relationships in the processes of production is investigated, their applied directionality is shown. The classification of transactional expenses and proprietary rights is investigated; the elements of proprietary rights are singled out; the analysis of different instruments and mechanisms that induce to rigorous performance of contracts is carried out.
