PHENOMENOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES

Abstract

 In the article the phenomenological foundations of appearance of necessity in organizational changes are viewed. Wave phenomena of different character serve as phenomena that promote the necessity of carrying out the organizational changes. The understanding of cycles of conjuncture and their phases have an actual meaning for the contemporary economy. The investigated wave character of outer encirclement of an organization has tendencies to the growth of tension: the acceleration of changes and growth of their frequency. It defines the consequences for planning the activity of an organization and specific organizational construction. Two research scientific tasks are formulated.
