Abstract
In the article modern actual problems of the local self government system development in the territory of Samara region are discussed. Main attention was concentrated on issue of the problems of such interaction administration bodies in municipal administration with population and state power and administration bodies on the Samara region territory. Some functions of the representative power bodies on Samara region municipal districts territory was investigated.
