Abstract
In the third part of the article shows the components of management of ethno-political conflicts and techniques used during the process. Also it discovered the stage of the ethno-politicalconflict
analysis of the main actor of ethno-political conflict. As a result, presenteds the basic scheme of management of ethno-political conflict.
