Abstract
In this article its author discussed the most actual problem of typology of political regimes. Both democracy and antidemocratic political regimes were studied. Some scientific approaches were used to such politic and state management studies. Main attention of the author was concentrated on political articles of some Russian and foreign politics from Ancient Greece period until modern Russia and Europe.
