INFRASTRUCTURE PRIORITIES OF STATE POLICY OF SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS

Abstract

The results of study of the process of evolutionary nature of the content of basic concepts of innovative development and their interrelationships are presented. The necessity of formation of theoretical model of infrastructure development of regional systems built on its dependence on activity of transformational changes is substantiated. Regularity of integration of spatial components in the system of long-term social and economic planning that leads to the change of methodological principles of regional management is established.
