Abstract
This article explores the problems of creation and development of e-Government, taking into account all the latest trends in e- Government development in Russia and the rest of the world, in the works of domestic and foreign authors. Also the views of domestic and foreign scientists on the process of deepening the modernization of e-Government and ways of interaction between citizens and business with the government are investigated. Various points of view of domestic and foreign authors on the problems and ways of solution associated with multi-functionality of e-Government are viewed.
