Abstract
The purpose of the given research is the exposure of internal (financial and managerial) and external (macroeconomic, market, technological, political) factors of bankruptcy of Russian companies and construction of own methods of forecasting of its beginning on the basis of logit analysis. Russian big companies with total revenue of more than 500 mln. rubles are the object of analysis. In the article the factors of bankruptcy which in scientific researches more often explain the causes of bankruptcy are viewed; principles of information gathering with adding internal and external not financial factors are formulated; the forecasting of exact probability of bankruptcy with the help of logit analysis over the period of bankruptcy since 2007 up to 2011 is carried out, key factors of bankruptcy over some years before its start are singled out, recommendations on creating complex system of forecasting of bankruptcy are suggested
