Abstract
In the article the problems of motivation of anticorruption behaviour of public office-workers as a condition of the due course of law in the system of public administration, as well as anticorruption standard of professional activity are investigated. The role of human factor through the prism of law and social content of corruption is revealed. Some measures on improvement of anticorruption mechanism of professional activity of state and municipal officeworkers and executive officers are suggested.
