THE CONTENT OF ASCORBIC ACID IN THE FRUITS OF STRAWBERRIES, APPLES AND RASPBERRIES, WHICH GROWS IN THE SAMARA REGION

Andreeva I.A., Korchikov E.S., Demenina L.G.

Abstract

The article provides long-term data on the study of the average content of ascorbic acid in the fruits of various varieties of strawberry, apple and raspberries. Samples were grown in the nursery of the research institute «Zhiguli Gardens». It was shown that the average annual value of ascorbic acid in the fruits of the strawberry is 31,39, apple fruits - 8,75, raspberries - 8,98 mg / 100 g of fruit. The vitamin C content in the fruits of strawberry shows a coefficient of variation of less than 50%, and in the fruits of raspberry and apple - often more. More promising for selection in the Samara region in terms of ascorbic acid content are varieties and experimental seedlings of strawberries: Festivalnaya; apple trees: 20-1-28, Fakel; raspberries: Peresvet, Gerakl.

POSSIBLE BIOCHEMICAL FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE IN SPACE

Vlasova B.B., Vlasov A.D.

Abstract

We consider possible biochemical foundations of life in space, which are different from the biochemical foundations of life on Earth as we know it. We consider the substitutes for carbon chain molecules as a basis for all biopolymers: DNA, RNA, proteins, fats, and substitutes for water as main solvent of life on Earth. As a result, no substitute for carbon chains as a basis for biological polymers was found. Water as a main solvent of earthly life can be substituted by liquid carbon dioxide, with the rest of substitutes - methane, sulphur dioxide, ammonium to be taken with extreme caution. We also list places in our Solar System where these liquids can be found.

The severity and number of forms of behavior in Przewalsky's horses in the enclosure conditions of the contents are analyzed. Conclusions on adaptation of wild horses to life in Samara Zoo data fixation was carried out by the method of continuous logging and registration of individual ethological reactions.

Krivopalova A.Y., Barashkova A.N., Smelyansky I.E., Tomilenko A.A.

Abstract

In the article, cooccurrence of carnivorous mammals species of the northern desert and steppe ecosystems of Kazakhstan north of 46º N studied on registration by photo traps. The material was collected in 2013-2018. A total of 73 camera traps worked, of which 39 contained photos of wild cats. There were 11 camera-traps in the western part (North Ustyurt), and 62 in the east part of republic. A total of 12 predator species were recorded. The most common species in the camera traps registration was the red fox, to a lesser degree - Pallas’s cat, Asian badger and steppe pole-cat (more than 18 stations, more than 20 % of occurrence). It has been established that small wild cats often successfully coexist on the same territory with different species of the Mustelidae family, as well as with the fox. Coexistence of small felines with each other is extremely rare.

ROLE OF CORPUS AMYGDALOIDEUM NUCLEI IN THE REGULATION OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM DURING STRESS IN RATS

Markin V.A., Bakulina E.I., Romanova I.D., Zaynulin R.A.

Abstract

The central amygdala modulates the sympathetic effects on the cardiovascular system. With her coagulation in rats decreases the values of systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressure before and during the development of stress. Also, the central amygdala significantly affects the stroke volume. This parameter is much lower in animals with a coagulated central nucleus. Changes in stroke volume occur in the absence of shifts in indicators such as heart rate and cardiac output, which can be explained by the fall vascular tone and reduced venous return.

Napolskikh N.N., Kuzovenko O.A.

Abstract

During the research, in the 78, 86 and 87 quarters of the Volzhskoye Forestry, 158 species of plants belonging to 45 families were found. The average number of species in the family is 3,5. The predominant species are the families Asteraceae (25 species), Rosaceae (19 species), Fabaceae (16 species), Lamiaceae (13 species). A biomorphic analysis was performed. According to its results, most species (97 species, 61,4 %) belong to the group of hemicryptophytes. According to the hygromorphic analysis, the predominant group is mesophytes (58 species). According to the classification of life forms of I. G. Serebryakov, herbaceous plants predominate (131 species, 82,9 %). According to the results of ecological geographic analysis, it was determined that 40 (25,32 %) of the species belong to the forest group, and 24 (15,2 %) to the forest-edge and edge-meadow groups. Abstract

This paper presents the results of determining the concentration of detergents (sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate) in the air of the working area using spectrophotometry and FT-IR spectrometry. It is shown that the greatest amount of detergents is present in the air of the working area when working with dry detergents. The FT-IR spectrometry method for determining sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate makes it possible to determine the concentration of this pollutant, but is more laborious than the spectrophotometric method.

This article discusses some of the common problems of joint ownership of spouses, analyzes the judicial practice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. Attention is drawn to the fact that the latter do not relate to gratuitous transactions, and therefore the property acquired by one of the spouses on this basis cannot be considered his personal property. Therefore, it is extremely important when resolving the issue of the composition of the common property of the spouses to pay attention not only to retribution and (or) gratuitous receipt of things in common property, but also to the grounds for acquiring this property, since they are not limited only to transactions.
