Analysis of environmental groups ornithofauna 5 nature sanctuaries was made on the basis of their own field research and literature data. Own field studies have been conducted in the spring and summer of 2013-2014 years. Analysis of the data showed, that the passerines is the most numerous group in the monuments area of all environmental groups. The most common in the territory of all ecological group monuments forest and meadow-steppe complex of birds. Nature sanctuaries habitat for common and rare species. The greatest number protected species observed within the wetland sites.

The aim of the study was to investigate the flora of some natural sanctuaries of Krasnoarmeisky district of the Samara region. An inventory of the flora natural sanctuaries «Baikal true steppe», «The Origins of the river Bolshaya Vyazovka» and «The Origins of the river Chagre». Identified 75 species of vascular plants from 60 genera, 25 families, 1 division - Magnoliophyta 2 classes Monocotyledoneae and Dicotyledoneae for Krasnoarmeyskiy district coastal aquatic vegetation. Samara Red Book’s vascular plants ( Triglochin maritimum and Euphorbia uralensis ), endemics (for natural sanctuaries «The Origins of the river Chagre» Centaurea pseudophrygia , Centaurea trichocephala and Euphorbia uralensis ) were found.

In the model experiment on adult female rats were studied features of the estrous cycle, analyzed cytological picture of vaginal smears in the individual stages of the cycle (proestrus, estrus, diestrus). Marked change in the various indices kalpotsitogrammy at stages of the estrous cycle. This article is about the peculiarities of French external policy since 2007-2016. This article presents the results of empirical sociological research of overcoming oncological disease experience. The article gives a justification of such research method as narrative interview, describes the sample of respondents - 10 informants from Russia, Belarus, Finland. All interview participants are in remission and have personal experience of overcoming cancer. The analysis of the life stories of people with a history of cancer allowed us to highlight both common and specific features of overcoming the disease.

The main problems of information security in the Internet are discussed in this article. Facts from daily life that proving the necessity of legal regulation for the sphere of information security particularly information security in the Internet were given. Federal laws that protect information and the personal data are specified. Some definitions that directly belong to the information field and consider legal problems were given. It is concluded that it is necessary to make changes, updates in the legal base of Russia in order to avoid any disputes about the evidence of certain parties.

Execution of judicial decisions is an essential process of legal practice, reflecting the efficiency of the mechanism of legal regulation. Imperfect system of enforcement directly reduces the effectiveness and authority of the judiciary as a judgment that can not be implemented, has no real legal value. Failure and delay in the execution of decisions of courts and other competent authorities endangers the state guarantees the protection of constitutional rights and freedoms, the rule of law. This article focuses on the main issues arising in the implementation of enforcement procedures on property of citizens’ bailiffs in enforcement proceedings.

The article deals with the question of the legal nature of the decisions of assembly as the reason of occurrence and termination of civil rights and obligations determined by the place of joint decisions on the system of the Legal facts, raises the problem of the relation of this legal fact to the institution of the transaction. Authors drew attention to the absence of a full concept of assembly decisions, identified the distinctive features of collective decisions, allowing them to isolate and emphasize their independence. During analise of the decision-making procedures and for their design requirements identified a number of gaps relevant for legislative provisions. Particular attention is given to the norms regulating the grounds and consequences of the non-validity of assembly decisions. The study raised questions about the species diversity of pro-conducting meetings, highlighted the problem of the autonomy of part-absentee voting.

This article contains analysis of the special Internet security system, which called the Unified Register of banned sites. Websites are registered in this system contain the illegal content and banned for it. Mostly the illegal information related to the Federal Law № 149-FL «On Information, Information Technologies and Protection of Information». However, the analysis showed that our government often includes in the Register of banned sites inoffensive websites. System is not perfect, contradictory and its activity raises many questions. A lot of websites have been blocked when the illegality of the content even was not proved. Innocent owners of websites labor under these circumstances. Usually owners deal with problems such as loss of reputation, financial and moral damage. In submitted examples the failure of the system is more obvious. Moreover, there are various ways to cheat the system and to receive an access to blocking websites again. In this way any restrictions of the Register of banned sites do not make sense, because users can avoid it. All system’s disadvantages shows that the Unified Register of banned sites is not effective as the fighting method against the illegal content, it creates many problems and provides a low level of security for Internet users.

The article discusses the concept, especially the action as a kind of security, which is one of the most important structural elements of a modern economy. The analysis of the existing, species classification shares are divided into ordinary and preference. The article deals with the Institute of unworthy heirs from the point of legal regulation in the Russian Federation. Author had set the task of studying the scientific methods of interpretation, the legal practice, and the task of identifying the imperfection of legal technique. The problems relating to reasons of recognition of the face as unworthy heir, to term «unlawful acts» based on the lack of legal regulation was researched, the views on a possible solution was set with reference to the institution of the unworthy successors. The method of research in this article is analysis of the legal literature, legal acts and legal practice and the comparison between the foreign and Russian legislation.

The article analyzes attributive word-combinations used in the cars and motorsports mass-media publications. It was noticed that different structural features and properties evaluation in these texts are widely represented by attributive phrases. It was found that these word-combinations are important in terms of both rational and emotional estimation. There was a functional dependence of the attributive word-combinations on the specifics of the genre publication. For Road Tests articles positive estimative phrases are more common, which emphasize the advantages of cars and neutral which characterize different properties. Reviews about motorsport events distinguished by the phrases with a strong emotional positive or negative estimate. Stories (interview) feature is in using of estimates clichés and phrases with indistinct evaluation. The editorial and the author’s column materials are presented with unambiguous phrases of rational assessment of the situation.

Fairy-tale plays an important role being the element preserving the cultural traditions. It is the fairy-tale, which reveals the national character. The analysis of fairy-tales, written by B. Klavel, A. de Saint-Exupery, A. France, M. Aymé, showed the typical features of the French national words picture. They are politeness, amiability, hard-work, fidelity, respect towards home and its celebrations, traditional meal and pleasant time-keeping. The main results of this article led us to the conclusion that the national French character, revealed through the modern fairy-tale, can be interpreted as a combination of permanent character traits, traditions habits of the French Nation, having formed under the cultural and historic development of the country.
