Superposition of the main character in the poem «Moscow–Petushki» by V.Yerofeyev

Nikonov N.A., Nechaeva E.A.

Abstract

Тhe article explores the principle of superposition of a main character in works of art correlated to post-non-classical aesthetics. It has been shown how the principle of superposition adopted from quantum physics is able to reveal not only the specific of the main character’s position in the depicted world, but also the features of a possible interpretation of a text. The essential difference between the superposition model and the concept of a «flickering» subject has been demonstrated. The following is a description of the impact of the principle of "superposition" on the «author-hero-recipient» relations: author loses the features of the absolute, defining the integrity of the described world, and the recipients get the opportunity to set the correct (from their position) interpretation of reality.

Poetics of Iain Bank’s novel «Walking on glass»

Semyashkina E.A.

Abstract

The article reveals specific poetic features of the novel «Walking on Glass» by I. Banks. As the research shows, the specificity of the novel is primarily in the dynamic construction of the plot, based on the laws of hypertext and intertext, which are inherent for postmodernism. The main problem of the novel was also discovered: the philosophical problem of the correlation of realities, the struggle of “world” for authenticity. The novel's peculiarity also lies in the fact that it involves metaphysical and game theories which serve to describe and study the behavior of the characters. As a conclusion this article suggests the thesis that the novel stands at the point of merging of two directions of I. Banks’ poetics: science fiction and postmodern narrative, which determines the artistic specifics of the novel.

In this study, an attempt is made to study the features of the «revival» of sociology in Russia and the relevance of this is due to the unique cultural and historical situation that took place in the XX–XXI centuries, when, after the active development of sociology in pre-revolutionary Russia, this science is prohibited in the USSR, and reappears in the second half of the XX century.

P. Sorokin as a critician of the theory of T. Parsons

Kuzenyatkin E.V.

Abstract

The article discusses the main lines of criticism of the theory of T. Parsons in the research of P. Sorokin. The causes of various assessments of the opinions of scientists by social researchers are analyzed. The author considers the conflict on the basis of differences in the theoretical ideas of researchers, as well as on the basis of an external factor - the personal and scientific relations of scientists who developed at Harvard in the 40-50s of the XX century. P. Sorokin and T. Parsons are influential sociologists of their time, who left behind a huge theoretical legacy that is relevant to this day. Both researchers tried to strengthen the role of sociology in the scientific world. Both recognized multifactoriality in explaining social structure. However, Parsons managed to form a loyal circle of followers around him, who carried his ideas through the decades.

Sotnikov S.A.

Abstract

In this article discusses the main approaches to the definition of the term «robotization». The key topic of the article is robotization as an object of sociological analysis. The main trends in the use of robotic devices are shown. There is no doubt that robotization and its social consequences require close study by sociologists. However, existing studies of society's attitude to the social consequences of robotization give ambiguous, and sometimes contradictory results, and do not yet give a complete picture of this problem. If we talk about domestic studies of the social consequences of robotization and automation, their number today is very few.

Concept of biopolitics in critical philosophy of M. Foucault

Mishchishina E.V., Kostomarov A.S.

Abstract

The article explores the basic ideas and meanings of the biopolitical theory of M. Foucault. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the existential orientation of a person to clarify the political conditions of his existence, understanding how the space of co-existence is formed and how burning social issues are solved in it. To solve this problem, the authors analyze the modern public order through an appeal to the concept of biopolitics of M. Foucault. In modern humanities, biopolitics is a topically discussed approach to organizing people's lives and a set of socio-political practices, which, according to Foucault, is becoming the dominant form of population management. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the disclosure of the communicative nature of biopolitics, in the analysis of the anthropological manifestations of biopolitics at the level of transformation of the subject, the process of medicalization of life and changes of time, work and leisure. The scientific problem is not only the study of the biopolitical aspects of Foucault's work, but also the consideration of real practices of their application in modern history.

Stimulating payouts as a part of the salary

Geraskina D.A.

Abstract

In this article the main problems related to stimulating payouts, in particular, the lack of a single conceptual system for the stimulating part of wages, poor regulation of pay regulations (duplication of provisions, the presence of contradictions and omissions in them, inclusion of conditions depriving the employee of a guaranteed incentive payment or providing such payments only to those who are employed de facto), the employer's incorrect application of the rules on stimulating payouts, the diversity of judicial practice were considered. It is proposed to review the Russian legal policy in the labor relations sphere in different ways. To solve these problems, the author proposed to fix the definition of «stimulating» payouts as part of salary, bonus, surcharges and allowances of a «incentive» nature in a separate article 129.1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, as well as to distinguish the «incentive» part of salary or payouts of «incentive» nature, due to the remuneration system from «one-time incentive PAYOUTS not determined by the remuneration system». In addition, the author made recommendations to resolve the most controversial issues of judicial practice and law enforcement.

Legal regulation of license review from bank loan organizations

Gudkov N.V.

Abstract

The article discusses the problematic issues of revoking licenses from bank credit organizations, reveals the shortcomings of the revocation procedure. The reasons for revoking banking licenses and decisions of the Bank of Russia, which formalize the decisions of the regulator, are analyzed. Based on the analysis of judicial practice, conclusions are drawn about the possibility of appealing the Orders of the Central Bank. By exercising authority, the Central Bank exercises its sanitizing function, that is, it frees the banking services market from unreliable participants. On the other hand, the current situation with mass recalls is unacceptable in a state with a stable market economy. Given formal opportunities to appeal against decisions of the Bank of Russia, their effectiveness is significantly limited. Banks, protecting their rights, do not achieve the solution of tasks to maintain their position in the system. This situation shows the real level of effectiveness of the appeal mechanism.
