Modeling the process of CubeSat nanosatellite separation from a deployer in the case spatial motion

Lapshova E.A.

Abstract

Currently, there is a growing interest in nanosatellites (NS). The launch of the NS mainly occurs with the help of CubeSat deployer. During the process of exiting the deployer, the NS acquires an angular separation velocity, which needs to be dampened to carry out most of the mission tasks. NS have a small energy reserve, therefore, at high angular separation velocities, it may not be sufficient to carry out the main mission tasks. Therefore, before launching the NS, it is important to evaluate its initial separation angular velocities. This article is devoted to mathematical modeling that describes the process of separation of a CubeSat NS from a deployer in case of spatial motion. The results of numerical modeling of the process of exiting a CubeSat 3U NS from a P-POD type deployer are presented. The modeling was carried out using the MATLAB mathematical package.

IS THE METHOD OF GRAVITATIONAL MICROLENSING AN EFFECTIVE TOOL FOR SEARCHING AND STUDYING THE PROPERTIES OF A MASSIVE DARK BODY AT THE PERIPHERY OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM?

Philippov J., Shchepalova M.V.

Abstract

In the work a quantitative analysis of the photometry of the Gravitational Microlensing Phenomenon (GMP) of a background star of the Milky Way by a Massive Dark Body (MDB), located on the Solar System Periphery (SSP) are made in the case of five model bodies. The total luminous flux and its magnification (A) are calculated. Formulas for the microlensing time (T0) and mass of microlens are obtained. It is shown that in the case of the Nemesis/Tyuche models, the strong microlensing for their registration are realized almost in the entire Space of Model Free Parameters (SMFP) and optimal conditions of registration are achieved at the upper boundary of the Interval Possible Values of Heliocentric Distances (IPVHD). In this case, the magnification can reach values A = 45/16, at T0 = 19.3/9.33 days. In the case of Tyche, it is possible to observe the anti-shadow effect, which is a
special feature of its discovery. Only weak gravitational microlensing is possible to registration of Planet Nine-1, Planet Nine-2 and the Alternative Transplutonian Planet (ATP) in the part of the SMFP, and the shadow effect can be fixed at the close approach of the MDB and background star. The most rigid framework for the possibility of experimental observation phenomenon are determined by the T0
parameter (T0 > 1 hour). The probability of this phenomenon occurring at a given moment and the average time between such events are estimated. It is shown that the method of gravitational microlensing
(MGML) is effective in MTT search when using of background stars of the Milky Way arch or globular star clusters. It has been proven that MTT can be registered with the highest probability on the background stars of the Milky Way arch (the latter does not exceed 4.53 · 10−5 for all model bodies). The minimum time (80÷120 days) between two successive microlensing events is achieved in the case of MDB projection onto one of the known globular clusters. The value of time is comparable or even less than the duration of modern microlensing experiments. Thus, the MGML is an effective and promising tool for searching and studying the properties of MDB on the SSP.

Workers and safety at the Sergiev plant of explosives during the First World War.

Komin L.M.

Abstract

The article deals with the explosion at the Sergiev plant of explosives, which occurred on March 3, 1916. Official reports indicate that the explosion was caused by a worker’s frivolity and safety violations. There are records of other incidents that occurred due to workers' failure to comply with safety regulations. The article attempted to explain the reasons for workers' safety violations, which led to accidents, using the methodology of the German researcher A. Ludtke. It is possible to find out that the lightness of the workers of the Sergiev plant of explosives was connected with their world view: dangerous work and constant risks made workers fearless. Not pragmatic behavior was based on a sense of invulnerability, leading to accidents. This aspect of the mentality of the working environment was marked as a «cult of fearlessness».

TRADITIONS AND INNOVATIONS IN THE DAILY LIFE OF PEASANTS OF THE POST-REFORM PERIOD

Leutina V.C.

Abstract

The article discusses the changes that took place in the everyday life of peasants in the second half of the 19th century. Particular attention is paid to the organization of family and labor relations, cultural and everyday customs in peasant families. In the Samara province, socio-economic processes were distinguished by a certain specificity, caused by the formation of a region of commercial grain production, which determined the specific type of peasants. The difference between the northern and southern counties was explained by the level of development of capitalist relations and the preservation or erosion of traditional foundations. The analysis of the study showed that the presence of remnants of serfdom hindered the development of the village, however, with the penetration of capitalist relations, the process of decomposition of traditional foundations began.

TRUMP VS BIDEN: US NATIONAL SECURITY STRATEGIES 2017 AND 2022.

Nechetova P.A.

Abstract

This paper compares two texts of the US National Security Strategies of the administrations of J. Biden and D. Trump. The United States occupies one of the main places on the world stage, so it is very important to identify the peculiarities of this country's behavior on the world stage during the leadership of each president to ensure international cooperation. Special emphasis is placed on the differences and peculiarities of the documents. The text of 2022 has a more global character, and the 2017 version is aimed at the formation of domestic policy. In both cases, America's desire to preserve the existing world order, as well as its hegemon status, is noted. National interests have been preserved, have changed only in nuances. As a result, it was revealed that America is trying to reduce risks and has become more cautious in spending resources.

ANALYSIS OF THE DESTRUCTION OF THE WORKPIECE DURING HOT ROLLING USING THE DESTRUCTION MODEL COCROFT-LATHAM

Suzdalcev E.A., Yashin V.V.

Abstract

In this article, the influence of the compression scheme during hot rolling on the total Cocroft–Latham criterion (Cocroft–Latham) was studied. In the "DEFORM-2D" program, modeling of hot rolling of the AMg-5 plate was performed using FEM. The simulation was performed with the size of the roll compressions from 10 mm to 30 mm, the compression scheme used on the SMZ was modeled and the maximum total Cockcroft-Latham criterion for the AMg-5 alloy was experimentally calculated. Rolling schemes with 30 mm and 15 mm compressions were also modeled. Based on the results obtained, it was revealed that with an increase in the compression of the rolls, the total destruction criterion decreases. Based on the calculations, the old compression scheme used at the SMZ was adjusted, as a result of which the defect in opening the workpiece during hot rolling was reduced from 3% to 0.1%.

HE STUDY OF THE WAYS OF REPRESENTATION OF SOCIAL IDENTITY

Kulikova V.

Abstract

This work tested the hypothesis that there is a connection between the verbal and non-verbal ways of representation of social identity. We used the following methods: "Graphic Identity Test" by A.A. Gudzovskaya and M.S. Myshkina (GTI), content analysis of the narrative story "I am a person". The respondents were schoolchildren, students of the 9th grade, a total of 34 people. The following conclusions were drawn as a result of the analysis of the empirical data. The graphic way of social identity and the verbal way, contain similar features. As it became clear from the study, the average number of words in a narrative story, significantly differs among students with different types of social identity. And a kind of correspondence is observed, in which, the highest indicators of the number of words, the number of category words and words of the category "Person" refer to the type of multiple social identity. At the type of diffuse social identity the indicator of the number of words is the lowest, in comparison with other groups, other indicators are low similarly. Frequent use of words of the category "I" is observed in the egocentric type of social identity.

OMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF RISK MANAGEMENT METHODS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Klyovina M.

Abstract

This paper provides an overview of the methods used to assess industrial risks. The main stages of the risk management process are highlighted, it is revealed at which of them one or another method should be used. For each of the studied approaches, the costs that need to be incurred when using it are indicated, and an assumption is made about the number of experts who need to be involved in its implementation. Four variants of the characteristics of the degree of costs are proposed, depending on the number of experts.  It is proposed to take into account material and temporary costs. As a result, an approach to calculating the integral coefficient is proposed, which allows calculating and predicting the complexity of a particular approach to risk management based on the degree of costs, as well as the number of experts involved in the implementation of the method.

State regulation of the problem of migration of qualified personnel from the country

Petrushina M.S., Lapteva N.V.

Abstract

The purpose. The purpose of the study was to identify the reasons for the outflow of specialists from the Russian Federation, as well as to identify ways to prevent the problem of "brain drain".

Methods. To achieve the mentioned purpose of the study, the stories of Russian qualified personnel moving abroad, the work of researchers involved in the study of migration problems, data from Russian, as well as foreign statistical and research centers on intellectual migration, were studied. Comparison of foreign and domestic working conditions is carried out. When writing the work, traditional research methods (empirical, theoretical and quantitative) were used: statistical method, analysis (including content analysis), synthesis, induction, generalization, etc.

Results. The main reasons for which qualified personnel most often go abroad can be divided into several main categories:

  1. economic reasons;
  2. political reasons;
  3. career reasons;
  4. Low level of logistics for research work. First of all, this problem affects those who are engaged in scientific development, i.e. scientists and researchers. In our country, the concentration of scientific infrastructure resources to a greater extent falls on the capital and million-plus cities [2]. Despite the funding of Russian science, the statistics of the number of researchers in the country is characterized by a negative trend. So, in 1990, the number of researchers reached almost a million, and in 2021 it amounted to 340,142 people, i.e. decreased by almost 3 times [3].

The problem of "brain drain" should be addressed in a comprehensive manner, and the state should have a decisive influence in this matter. Especially serious is the problem of migration of scientists and researchers who contribute to the scientific and technological progress of the state. The internal costs of the Russian Federation for research and development of the Russian Federation are growing annually, however, the share of these costs in the total GDP fluctuates around 1% annually, remaining at a low level [4]. In other developed countries with high scientific potential, this figure is from 2 to 4% of GDP. In order for the Russian scientific sphere to become more promising and attractive for personnel, it is necessary to strive to ensure a level of expenditure equal to at least 2% of GDP.

The development of domestic scientific infrastructure can also contribute to the retention of scientific personnel. The conditions for doing science in Russia are not suitable for many scientific specialists. We must strive to create laboratories with a high level of equipment with the necessary equipment, in which it would be possible to embody scientific ideas, conduct versatile observations and experiments. Moreover, such laboratories should be distributed everywhere, and not only in large scientific centers. Also, to ensure the smooth flow of the process of scientific activity, it is necessary to reduce the influence of bureaucratic processes. This, above all, should be manifested in the rapid supply of resources necessary for research.

One of the most obvious solutions to reduce the likelihood of skilled workers moving is to raise wages. In particular, it is necessary to strive to increase the number of jobs, if this is economically justified. This can be achieved through measures of state support for business and entrepreneurship.

The presence of interesting domestic projects in which specialists could realize themselves and which will be of interest not only from a financial point of view, but also from the point of view of personal and labor development can stop the drain of personnel. Funding industries that need to create new large-scale projects, as well as creating communication tools for talented people interested in projects and companies, can contribute to the desire not to go abroad. However, it is necessary to ensure the greatest awareness of such projects and tools among citizens.

Conclusions. The problem of emigration is complex. There are many aspects to the decision to move. It combines the desire to see the world, to live in an area with a higher standard of living and well-being of the population, to gain invaluable work experience in organizations with a device other than Russian, and many other factors. Therefore, there is no universal way to solve the problem of the drain of qualified personnel. The working conditions of each individual category of specialists should be subjected to a thorough analysis of problem points with their subsequent sequential elimination.

La politique d’emploi des jeunes dans la République du Tchad au XXe siècle

Леон А.У., Zimin V.A.

Abstract

THE LEGAL REGIME OF THE DOMAIN NAME AND WAYS TO PROTECT IT

Morozov N.E., Tatarinova S.S.

Abstract

In this work, research of the legal regime of the domain name and ways to protect it. As a part of this study, there was done a comprehensive analysis of current legislation and judicial practice. It was found that despite the importance of legal regulation of domain names, their legal regime is not established in Russian legislation. At the same time, it should be noted that the very concept of a domain name has been introduced into Russian legislation. The active use of the information and telecommunications network "Internet" for the implementation of entrepreneurial activities by business entities causes the inevitability of legal disputes, including disputes over the legality of the use of domain names. As a result of scientific research and judicial practice in this work were highlighted the main issues that need to be investigated in court proceedings on the cases of protection of exclusive rights on a domain name or on challenging the legality of their use.
