Specific measures are indicated that are necessary to consolidate the unique properties of such systems. Reflections are underway on the advisability of introducing the category of an electronic person and on its uniqueness. The idea is expressed about the importance of creating a unified testing system for robots with built-in artificial intelligence for their subsequent assignment to objects or subjects of legal relations. The question is raised about the nature of legal responsibility for the actions of artificially intelligent systems and the ways of its implementation.
