In the modern management practice such solutions are often based on the technical and technological production re-equipment. However, there are many factors that allow to stabilize production and to bring high indicators to the company without any significant financial investments. Human resource is one of the most important enterprise resources. The severity of attention to the improvement of human resource management is related to the Russia integration into the world community, labor markets globalization and searching for new competitive advantages. The author proves the necessity of mathematical modeling application in human resource management. At present requires a reinterpretation to the enterprises staff policy.
