Abstract
This report focuses on product realization process and milestones in manufacturing planning. Enterprise Resource Planning (1C) and Manufacturing Execution System (Sprut) have been analyzed. Base on the examples from production and service provision authors summarized the threads and opportunities while measuring the effectiveness of implementation process.
