Abstract
Issues of innovative renewal of economic potential of Russian industrial enterprises, which can be solved by a balanced combination of strategies of import substitution and organization of innovation and industrial zones are viewed. The possibility of ensuring competitiveness of enterprises through the use of benefits to the organization of industrial parks is revealed.
