Abstract

The article discloses a technique for evaluating the effectiveness of crisis management for its further use on meat–processing enterprises of agroindustrial complex. In the course of study the relevance of study of means of assessment of effectiveness of crisis management is substantiated. The analysis and systematization of existing methods for determining the effectiveness of crisis management by enterprises is carried out, their advantages are viewed. The conclusion is made about the priority of using certain analyzed means of assessment of effectiveness of crisis management in specific situations. The variants of the use of evaluation methods of crisis management, depending on the object of evaluation and depth of analysis required are suggested. The future prospects of research in the field of assessment of effectiveness of crisis management with the aim of practical application of methods of assessment for meat processing enterprises of the Ukrainian agroindustrial complex are defined. Testing of the proposed methods for assessment of effectiveness of crisis management was carried out on the Ukrainian enterprise OJSC «Lugansk meat-packing plant».
