Abstract
In the article the analysis of state policy in the sphere of higher professional education was discussed by the example of foreign experience is viewed. Educational standards of education are analyzed. Author concentrates her attention on the main problem of evolution of Bologna Process in the Russian Federation. She concludes that foreign experience is necessary for the reformation of higher professional education system in our country.
