Abstract
The article analyses the significance of fruit-berry subcomplex in the agricultural economy of the largest region of the Russian Federation - Samara region. Characteristics and rating estimate of development of fruit-berry subcomplex of the subjects of the Russian Federation is given, the key problems and main ways of its further development and effective functioning are grounded.
