Abstract

Competition, both in industry and in education requires a search for new forms of cooperation – the integration of science, education and industry. One of these forms is to provide educational and industrial groups. These groups bring together schools, colleges, universities and businesses into a single network. The article discusses the experience of implementing such networking by Syzran branch of Samara State Technical University, reveals the benefits of participating in such networks (optimization of costs of training and retraining of personnel for the company, additional funding for the University, improving the quality of training and career development for students). The main areas of cooperation are selected: training, staff development and participation in research projects.
