Abstract
In the article the basic issues of the quality of education of the university as the main factor to increase competitiveness and improve the educational process of educational institutions in the market for services are carried out. It is shown that the issues of improving the quality of education leads to the change in the main characteristics of educational and scientific institution, thereby forming stable positions in the labor market organizations to provide educational services.
