Abstract
Evaluation of effectiveness of military and budget expenditure contains a number of methodological aspects, designing and substantiating of the system of criteria and indicators of efficiency of budget expenditures, as well as methods of evaluation of activity of chief manager and recipients of resources of military budget, effectiveness of program and non-program military and budget expenditures.
