Abstract
In the article the basic WTO agreements which have an influence upon development and state regulation of aircraft-building clusters of the Russian Federation are viewed. The provisions of state program “Development of aviation industry to 2013-2025” from the point of view of compliance with the measures of state support of aircraft industry to the requirements of the WTO are analyzed.
