CONFLICTOLOGICAL COMPETENCE IN THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF THE HR MANAGER

Abstract

A high level of conflictological competence is an important characteristic of professionalism of HR managers, since constructive conflict and stress management has a positive effect on the performance of an organization in most cases. The introduction of innovative methods and training technologies requires motivational, methodological and expert readiness of a university teacher. The results of various sociological studies conducted among the Masters’ degree students, studying in the direction «Human Resource Management» (Samara National Research University, Samara State Technical University) and heads of various industrial enterprises and organizations of the service sector are analyzed.
