FORMATION OF THE STRATEGY OF MANAGING PERSONNEL RISKS OF AN ORGANIZATION

Abstract

Modern strategies of management of an organization require the formation of special management approaches based on the analysis of the mechanisms and processes of organization of activities related to possible personnel risks in activity of personnel. Personnel risks arise in the personnel management system and reflect the increase in the importance of the human factor in organizational development. The article reviews the relevance of human resource risk study.
