Abstract

The article discusses the features of career growth in today’s Russian labor market, analyzes the major social and psychological factors that have a priority influence on the construction of managerial career. The authors highlighted block of personal competencies that are the foundation for career development. The principles and methods to improve personal skills are analyzed.
