Abstract

In the article organizational forms of the system of higher education in the conditions of increase of mass character of higher education and aggravation of problems of public financing of the sphere of higher education are investigated. The question of prospects of association of state and private financing of education is considered. Special attention is paid to the problem of availability of higher education and main tendencies of its transformation.
