Abstract
The paper deals with casting techniques in the form of piston pressing with weak pulse currents acting on the melt as it is crystallized in the form of a cylindrical ingot. A small-grain structure with the grain size of 30-40 microns is obtained from the АД0,АМц alloys. The stricture is uniform as to the section of the ingots.
